The tires were rotated incorrectly. The Genesis Coupe has bigger rear tires than the front. Now after the rotation, the bigger tires are in the front and the smaller tires are in the back.

The service took longer than anticipated by about an hour. I was parked waiting for a technician to come out, there were so many cars waiting that I didn’t know to come in to get the service started.

Very very bad service..ive waited 3 1/2 hours and thats with an appointment for an oil change and multi inspection check for a total of $215.00 dllrs. Courtesy checka are donw for free at toyota and honda dealers. You r very expensive and your wait times horrible wvwn qith appointments

I had an appointment at 7:15am Monday morning and i was there before my appointment. The Service Center office was dark and I thought they’re still closed but they are open. I think the fuse went out. Anyway, I waited for 3 hours for the service and for the recall. I don’t know if i’m coming back to this dealership. I’m so disappointed.

The service and associate were good, but my car came back with smudges on the hood from the person who opened it. Also, the inside driver side door had smudges that I had to clean off when I got home. The car interior is very susceptible to oil from hands. The technicians need to be more clean/careful when handling the car. Otherwise everything was great.

Julio provided excellent customer service. He went over the service needs in detail so that I knew what to expect along with cost. He made me feel like part of an extended family. The service department is very trustworthy and I am very comfortable doing business with them.
