Mr. Lopez Did an excellent job in giving the status Of the task at hand he was very professional and Customer service was excellent. Let me make suggestion when changing oil you Should have a station that is all they do, and another Station to check and rotate tires. Your customer Time is valuable. Another suggestion have lunch truck Come in so people can buy food.

I don’t appreciate having to book a 10am service, and then being told I have a three to four hour wait. What is the point of scheduling a time? I was apparently also not in your system for the booking, I had to show my text messages as proof for my service booking.

The worst service ever. Matthew Lopez was not properly communicating since the beginning until I asked to talk to the manager. I tried several days to talk to him and he never picked up the phone or calling me back after voice messages and “internal” emails. Then, it took several weeks to get a warranty service completed and even being a warranty I still paid part of the service. Would never recommend either getting a Hyundai vehicle again neither going to this dealer.

The trunk noise came back, it was not resolved that day. I got charged $230 for nothing. I texted Joseph Flores and he did not reply to see if when I can bring the car back in for Re diagnosis? Spoke to service Manager Diana that day car returned back to me, “when was supposed to repaired, if noise comes back they will fix it. “
