Add an appointment for diagnostic on my vehicle on a Thursday morning. I was told that they might not get to it even though I made an appointment. Called Friday, Monday, and Tuesday for an update and never heard back from Kevin. Only would receive texts but he never responded to any of my questions until he said my car was ready on Tuesday. I left him 3 messages with other members but he never called back once. It was a very frustrating experience. Once I got my car back on Tuesday, the whole inside of the car was filled with dust as I imagine that they left the windows open for all those days. The lack of communication was very frustrating and my car being very dusty.
Mr Watts was attentive when I entered the make shift office of the service center. He took care of me despite being late on my appointment time. I am satisfied and I hope he will stay for a while.
The only thing though during scheduling of my appointment I was not made aware that there is an on going construction.
I didn’t appreciate showing prior to 7 a.m. and no one was present in the office. I wouldn’t have made an appointment at that time if I was gonna have to wait for everyone to show up. It also meant having to wait for everyone finish settling in before getting any help. The person who helped me, Myron was fine, but what I didn’t appreciate was the miscommunication when making my initial appointment. I called prior asking if I was gonna have to pay out of pocket for anything, I was told no. If they had just checked my vehicle status, they would’ve seen all of the items that I needed to actually get maintenance on, and just had better communication.
Car works great. They were up front with the estimate and stuck with it. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe.
I would like to get my trunk open for some reason I can't open it appreciate anything you can do to open it for me thank you

Matthew was fine but i have very serious issues with the charges and the process. I have stopped payment on the credit card until i am able to talk with the General Manager about this. ****-****-xxxx
5 star rating for service engineer. Knowledgeable helpful answered. Promptly called when service was done. Explained in detail was was donwould definitely come back.

Did a great job taking care of me. Unfortunately no problem was found with the transmission but he assured me everything was documented to cover me for future problems so I really appreciated that.
Although it takes more than a year to finally get my car fixed at your company, I am very content and deeply grateful to Kevin’s service. His timely help and assistance greatly lessened my frustration over this time period for not having my car as my only transportation vehicle. I am deeply appreciative of his great help.
Showed up on time for my 10:00 appointment. Didn’t see service advisor until about 10:20. Was told service should not take more than two hours. Didn’t get car back until after 1:30. Disappointing experience.
Joseph was super professional and I was grateful the wait was very short.
