Nobody seemed to want to work, let alone help me. I’ve always thought customer service at Cardinalw was bad, but now it’s even worse! Your service people should be trained more! They are a turn off. I was very dissatisfied with my visit today! All I wanted was to have my odometer read for MPG program. The person said it doesn’t exist anymore. When I asked him to call Hyundai MPG, he said he didn’t have the phone no. He should’ve researched it to find out their phone no. He actually asked me, the Customer, if I knew the number! He was just plain lazy! And after he went to my car to read the odometer, finally, he just left without a word to go back to the trailer. I was standing right there! No, I’ll be right back, would you like to wait here, nothing at all! He just left without a word until I called him back. I asked, are we done? Where are you going? He just completely ignored me! Just awful customer service!
Joseph was super professional and communicative. I've had issues with this dealership for some time but Joseph has completely changed my mind.

Joey called me to schedule my service and was able to accommodate me the following day! He was kind, professional and had my car ready for pickup within 2 hours, which was crazy considering I was a walk-in on a Saturday. Thank you for your assistance, Joey!

I was really frustrated that the recall part wasn’t available so I have to bring my car back again. I wasn’t told about that when I made the appointment.
But it doesn’t matter if I was tomd the part should have been available so I wouldn’t have to make two trips.

Rep indicated windshield wiper fluid would be topped off and it was not.
Matt was rude and unprofessional. He tried to upsell me on $3000 worth of work that I didn’t need when I came in for a recall. His communication skills are abysmal. Your customer service is lousy. If anything happens to my car in the next Four days before I can get it into a real mechanic to check it out, you will have a fight on your hands. There is no way in hell I would ever recommend you to anyone.
Julio was very professional! He answered all my questions and had my service completed quickly. He even spent time helping me with my Apple Car Play! Such a relief! Thanks Julio.

Didn’t fill washer guild after a multipoint inspection. However was a very fast turn around so I appreciate that. Not all bad.
