Took my car in for an oil change and was told I need to do some other things. Not my car is making noise and I had to leave my car with the dealer on a Sunday and hope they can't fix what they broke first thing Monday. I was also not offered a car to use while they have my car and now have no way to go to work on Monday

I live that my problem was under warranty. I’ve only had it back since 8am today 5-2-25. My check engine light is off and I have paper work of what you worked on. It is too early to claim satisfaction.
I appreciate the car loaner so I can continue my daily activities. I also like the fact that you record and listen to the conversations with your customers. It is due to that fact that I received a call back apologising for your service representatives terrible adequate response over the phone. Myron called me back and assured me a loaner car on Tuesday April 22nd. I was informed that it is only a 5hour job and to expect my car to be done by Wednesday April 23. I finally got a call back on Friday April 25th saying it to be completed by late Monday and available on Tuesday 29th, I was told that would get a call updating me with this promise on Monday April 28th. I received no call until Wednesday April 30th to let me know that it will be done on Thursday May 1st after 1pm. I informed you that I will pick it up on Friday May 2nd at 8am, which I did today. Now you ask me if l am satisfied with my experience. I sadly have to say not at all with the customer service. I am hoping that my issue with the car has been solved. I will let you know if the engine light reappears.
All went smoothly. We received our vehicle promptly when the service was completed. We appreciate the attention and care given.
Joey is an exceptional service representative. He was attentive and proactive in helping me with my service related and other questions. The service department is critical to an automobile’s brand since the owner will have significant and multiple contact AFTER buying/leasing the vehicle and this will determine whether he comes back or recommends the dealer. From what I experienced yesterday, I would say you are very fortunate to have Joey working for and representing you. You should do whatever you can to keep him !
