Matthew was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. My car repairs were held up for nearly a month and a half and Matthew remained consistent with providing regular updates and handling all of my questions - whether they were technical repair questions or insurance related inquiries. Overall, the process was much more streamlined and effective with Matthew and the entire experience was exceptional.

Kevin at Cardinale Way Hyundai made the first service for our 2024 Santa Fe painless. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact that goes for all the staff we encountered. This experience is especially surprising because the dealership is undergoing a major remodeling! Way to go guys!

Your service department wasted my time and did not perform the necessary repairs/updates to my car. I had some other potential issues with my car but they said it can only be diagnosed on week days with a $250 charge if it turns that they can not figure out the problem. Zero sympathy and empathy from your staff.

I had my car for recall and they sead that will be transmitted to DMV with in 24 hours but still not showing and I can't get the safety inspection done i tried to contact with service guy called him cople times nothing.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The service staff were erratic and unclear in their communication. There were errors and incomplete work done that I had to follow up on. They provided an estimate for a repair and asked me to bear the additional cost when the repair work was botched. They were unprofessional and uncaring in dealing with me. I will not return to the El Monte dealership, and strongly deter others from doing so.
