I was told they would wash and vacuum my car. They told me they did and they did not. It’s ok if they couldn’t or didn’t have time but don’t lie and say you did when you didn’t.
Our car took about 3 weeks to finish our service (waiting for parts), but Julio kept us informed frequently throughout the process. We were offered a loaner car in the meantime. Our questions were addressed promptly and it was easy to communicate via text. Julio had great customer service and a great smile. He reminds us of how much we like coming here for our services.
Everything was quick and efficient. I am very satisfied with my experience with Julio.

I spent 4 hrs there after being told it was going to take half the time at most. The rep was a jack.i don’t know what happened to this place but I don’t mind driving another 15 minutes to get treated right.
I waited 3 hrs for an oil change. I had to go ask when my car was going to be done before anyone came to get me. The waiting room was full of frustrated customers waiting long hours for their cars.
