Able to schedule an early apt right away to check on my battery. Texts to give me status updates and let me know when it was finished, also helpful. The only thing was the check in took a while.. lots of people (9:30 apt) didn’t leave until 10. Also pick up took a while. Got there at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 3. Those were the only bummers

My car got broke down due to the battery problem 2 days ago. The screen showed that v12 is low. The daytime running lights went off at that time. The towing truck came to recharge my battery and I took it to the dealer. Somehow, the dealer couldnt locate any problem. After driving to home, I discovered that the dealer didn't fix my daytime running light. I will take my car to Hyundai dealer again tomorrow. Hopefully, it can be fixed as soon as possible.

Joseph was professional and pleasant. He kept me posted throughout the entire process. I have but one issue. Upon the return of the car, I immediately got a notification that the car needs service. The car was at the dealer for nearly a month. It did not sit well to know that I will need to bring it in again soon when it could’ve have been handled before it being returned to me.

Matthew was ok! Everything else was disappointing, the construction going on I'm sure made things take longer, the waiting are could use better chairs, and every door could use some WD40! Is not just a minor squeak, every door has a loud squeak. The bathroom faucet moved around when turning the water on or off!

My car was under a recall campaign and hyundai usa did not honor their end of the recall campaign. I can't be less satisfied by the hyundai company and I will not recommend anyone buy a hyundai moving forward.
