It sure if all inspections were done appropriately because the simplest one being the wind shield wipers were checked off as green, when I know the right one is broken.

Joseph has been patient and polite, no complaints there. Since January 2025, I had to bring my vehicle into the service department four times due to recurring problems. Despite them assuring me each time that all issues were resolved, new issues continued to arise that resulted in repeated service visits. Each incident has not only caused me significant inconvenience, but also resulted in unexpected expenses for labor, rentals and towing.

I see that you are currently undergoing construction. However the level of detail and service should not waiver. It is my understanding that my car should be returned washed after a service. It was not washed and in fact it had dirty shoe prints on the driver's mat. I would hope that in the future my car is returned washed or at a minimum not more dirty than when I handed it over.
