Almost 4 hours from the time I arrived to the time I got my car back for
an oil cha ge is NOT acceptable!!!
Also, almost 4 hours of waiting…and no shuttle service ****!
Last, but not least, having to wait almost 4 hours …my appt time was 7:30am…no snacks, only some kind of gummy candy for kids…is really NOT good service. Since it was early morning, the least you can do is have donuts, like most other dealerships! But more important than snacks, faster wait time for an oil change since there is no shuttle service would be nice!!!

The wait time to drop off and pick up my car for an oil change was absurd. No mileage sticker afterwards for next service. Oil on my car, no car wash after oil change. Probably won't come back

Didn’t answer the phone after several calls and was stressed out over not being able to pick up my car on time because I got multiple closing times from different representatives.
Kevin explained to me clearly, how today was a diagnostic to identify which exact part must be ordered for the ABS recall on my particular vehicle, and he told me when that specific part arrives they will schedule my appointment to come back for it to be installed, thereby protecting my vehicle in this recall.
