My overall experience was somewhat disappointing. I felt that the level of support provided was consistently low energy. Additionally, I expected a courtesy car wash, but I was informed, "You need to ask for a car wash. Since we only have one person, cars are not always washed." While I understand the dealership was understaffed, I believe a higher standard of service and courtesy should have been maintained. Given this experience, I am reconsidering whether I will return to this dealership for future service.
Joseph was professional and thorough in his explanation of the maintenance and fixes required. Having to bring in my car a couple of times, Joseph made the process as efficient as possible, being diligent in reaching out to me on the status of my parts, processing me and our quickly.

The check-in and checkout system is disorganized and takes a very long time. It should’ve taken two hours. I didn’t even get a notification by our three I called and they said they had it under the wrong name seemed understaffed and disorganized the entire way. I will not be bringing my car back there for servicing.
I didn’t expect to stay so long but other than that I was satisfied considering your under construction. Your TV kept messing up.

I purchased my car on 6/17 at the time made the agreement that I'd be returning to have a hitch installed on 7/7. I emailed the sales rep that I worked with on saturday 7/5 to confirm my 9am 7/7 hitch install appointment. Drove down from Bakersfield for this appointment to find that 1. There was no loaner vehicle or someone to give me a ride to a family members house to wait for my car to be finished. And 2. As I started to walk the 2 mile walk to a relatives house the service tech discovered that the hitch still hadn't even arrived at the location. 3. I ended up wasting a day of driving back and forth, and have to go even longer without my hitch with no guarantee of when it will be in to be installed onto my vehicle. I'm extremely frustrated and hope the hitch arrives quickly so that we can move past this whole messy experience
