My car was returned with a dent on the passenger side door. Also, the next day, my car battery died, despite me replacing it 6 months ago. AAA verified that the battery was drained. While my car was being serviced, the employees constantly left my car doors open and kept triggering the alarm, causing the battery to drain. “Moe” and “AJ” connected their Bluetooth devices to my car for some reason and my car kept disconnecting my phone and tried connecting to their devices. I was told I would get a call back about the dent on my car and have not heard back from the dealership.

I picked the car up late Saturday morning. After returning my rental car I realized the problem was still there. The noise I said when turning was still there.I paid a lot for this repair on top of having to get a rental car for 9 days

On May 9 at 9:30 AM, I had a complimentary tire rotation and fluid check. About an hour later, Ricardo informed me that my car was ready for pick-up. However, upon returning home, I discovered that the tires had not been rotated. I promptly called Ricardo and arranged for another appointment to address an issue that should have been resolved during the initial service.

I had an appointment for regular maintenance which was a tire rotation and with an appointment I had to wait 2 hours? That is not good service.. Also I received in the mail a birthday $25 off flier and your technician wanted to not wanted to approve it stating does not cover tire rotation.. I told him I also had window wipers and a key battery replacement…If your team goes out of there way to see how they can not honor your own coupon than why sent it out.. very tacky and just like they long wait not customer service focused…

My appt for route service covered by warranty was at 900am I arrived at 830am. I was told it will take 45 mins. I checked one hour later and noticed my vehicle was parked at a different location thinking it was completed. I was told to wait on the paperwork. I checked again 30 mins later, the service advisor now informed me that there was a mix up and my vehicle had not been serviced yet. At 1130am my vehicle was finally completed and I left the location. This was totally unacceptable and frustrating.

When I went to pick up my car part of the left side of the dash board wasn’t put in properly , also they had to call someone from the back cause the steering column wasn’t attached to the bottom and my tire pressure was supposed to be checked as part of the recall and the tire pressure light was on so he had to take my car to the back and fill the drivers side tire I wouldn’t recommend your dealership your mechanics don’t do there job like they should with your customers
