She was very knowledgeable and explained what my car needed, and if I didn’t understand something, she took the time and patience to explain it to me. She was very helpful and made the whole experience a good one because of her great customer service. She needs to be acknowledged and commended for her wonderful service.

I think it’s very unfair. How you guys charge too much money to get an extended warranty so we have to go to outside vendors to get the warranty so that’s how you guys are gonna do his business by people who go there get their car service. Your labor is too expensive. You guys are just still in from us consumers.
We were told the service would take 2 hours and while I understand people get busy and things take time it took 4 hours for the oil change which is completely unacceptable. When I walked to the desk to get an update, the female employee who checked me in saw me and said “oh your car is ready I just need to get the paperwork. It took longer because we had it washed.” Then she proceeded to talk socially with the other employees before going to get my paperwork. Then I get to my car and it was NOT washed but as a matter of fact in a much dirtier condition than when I brought it up, there was what seemed or appeared to be gum or a sticky like texture covered over the tires and back of the vehicle. Unfortunately this was the worst experience we’ve ever had for an oil change so will most likely never return to this location.
Took vehicle in for routine maintenance. Carlos also discovered that a certain vehicle part was due for replacement because of manufacturer recall. Got vehicle in and out quickly and on-time.
Super accommodating!! Provided me with some complimentary services that turned today's experience from a mediocre one into an excellent one. Will be looking for him next time I come in.

I was told the service would be done in 2-3 hours. I came in after 4 hours and there was nothing done on the car. I was told it would take another 1.5 hours. This is my second time getting service here with an almost identical timeline showing that there is absolutely no respect for customers time.
Ricky was very pleasant to work with. I didn’t realize my car would be in the shop for two weeks and I was a bit impatient at times but I was pleased when I got my car back and Ricky went over details of the work that was done I then understood why it was there for two weeks. I totally appreciate Ricky, he’s a great Service Technician!
