The El Monte locations pales in comparison to the Glendora location that offers excellent service and even includes a car wash!

Was happy with the oil change. Not happy that I was unable to get my car washed or a ride home while my car was worked on. Wanted to see merchandise and when we went they had nothing.
The management needs to make available to the customer ways that they don’t have to spend hours at the dealership waiting on their cars, especially if you don’t have the internet ( it wasn’t working on my visit) for example: provide “Uber” at a discount, provide a loaner car, etc.,if I can get my meds, laundry, and groceries delivered to me why can’t I get my car? I had the car I bought before this one delivered to me when I bought it. Some people are willing to PAY for convenience. I have a Lexus and the service experience is Soooo much better.

John Kim was very friendly and professional in speaking ensuring details were explained in car procedure for servicing and options available. John was also courteous in offering snacks or water and initiative in his responses.
It was recommended I change the cabin filter for a cost of 249 dollars. Since when does a cabin filter cost that much. I’m sick and tired of efforts to rip me off for a part that I can get and replace myself for under twenty dollars.
I arrived five minutes early to my 8am appointment for an oil change. The advisor said it would take 2 hours from the check time 8:11am. It was 11am I inquired about the status of the oil change. The completion paperwork was sitting at the advisor desk. I find the length of time of over 2 hours to performed the oil change is unresonable. If an appointment is required why does it take so long to perform an oil change. Also, if I had not inquired it would have taken longer waiting period.
Waiting for over 3 hours when they said it would be ready in 1 1/2 was not good. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait that long either. Now I will have to dread getting my car serviced knowing I’ll have to wait so long to get it back. The service agents are always very nice, though.
