I had a Saturday appointment. I had to leave the car bc no one could see to it. Monday at 3 pm i came to inquire. No phone call from service. Car was not looked at. No service provider was assigned or he was not there. Much confusion!

After my service, my vehicle now makes creaking noises. Unsure what it is. But concerned of structural integrity, or issues, where something wasn't tightened or lubricated properly. On a positive note, the engine light is no longer on.
