Oil change took over 3 hours long!

My tires were not rotated. I know because the top (R) tire is a different brand from all the other tires. Not only that, the PSI is different on all the tires ranging 35, 36, 38, 39. We also understand that you guys are remodeling but cmon now. We appreciated the kindness shown by the staff but at the end of the day, a job a job and the job was not satisfactory.
I really appreciate Ray for taking care of reporting, getting approval, and ordering the replacement tail light. He is always giving me update for any progress and scheduling the repair. Simply the best customer service experience.
Unhappy about the extra 3% credit card fee. Legitimate Merchants do not charge their patrons these extra fees. It’s even worse when there is no mention of it on the invoice or by the clerk. In addition, you do not take personal checks, so the only option to avoid service fees is to pay

Normally don't leave bad feedback, because I know that it impacts the folks that helped me, but after being told my car was ready at approximately noon, I arrived at the dealer about 30 minutes after, but was stuck at the dealer for an additional 1+ hr waiting for my car to be brought to me. Didn't help that since the dealership is under construction there is no proper waiting area. I appreciate Joey and the other folks that helped, but 1+ hr waiting after being told the car is ready is excessive.
Julio's service was great except theI waited 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. No car wash because of construction. I have left Diane my concerns about the Customer Service Lounge and nothing for us.
I came in after going to several local Hyundai dealerships with less than helpful service departments. When I went in to El Monte and met with Joseph he IMMEDIATLY helped me. He was able to secure me a rental vehicle while my car got fixed. The part needed for my car will take a while to get in and he was very communicative with me throughout the entire process. I will for sure be back for any needed services with my car. I cannot recommend him more!!!
