Everything from the service and the video consult and ability to decline optional service was fantastic, the big issue came with quality assurance and testing. My vehicle returned to me not fully functional and needs to be returned and reserviced, which has caused a larger inconvenience.
Every other service provided was great, but it’s unfortunate my vehicle didn’t come back in better function than when I dropped it off
The car was returned to me without no air conditioner, steering wheel not aligned car had many scratches and was very dirty

Recurring issue, I'm still not sure root cause has been addressed. Also, it took 6 days, with very little work done.

John Kim was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with no problem. He knew exactly what needed to be done and informed us of the time frame for the service. He even informed us ten minutes before our car was ready to let us know that the service would be completed soon, he is a great customer service representative
