Yes. Joseph did a good job for sure. I however wasn’t happy that Hyundai USA approved being responsible for a replacement engine, but still charged me some $1,700 to put in. The belts and hoses etc were required to make the motor run, right? What was I supposed to do delivery a free motor to my garage? I felt my hand was forced and was not happy. They should’ve been included and I’ve opened an inquiry to that effect with Hyundai USA. But…..CardinalWay Hyundai did a great job and the car runs great…..

Ricardo was one of the best customer service representative I have ever had at a Hyundai dealer he had all the answers to my questions and he also followed up on phone calls and any changes made to my service call. I would definitely be coming back to this Hyundai for any future repairs or maintenance. We definitely need more Ricardo’s in the world.

John and service was excellent start to finish and he is actually been one of the most reassuring things about our purchase because of the excellent care that we receive. He gets five stars and we will definitely be back. It’s a little hard to follow up with the finance department because we are trying to get a platinum warranty and are having trouble to get through. If you guys could help facilitate that that would be great.

It took more than two hours for a basic oil change. My appt was at 715 and did not leave until 930.i also stated in the comments section when i made the appointment that I had another appointment to get to at 930. I thought the oil change first thing in the morning would be completed by 9am.
