Joey was great on this visit.
My disappointment is that only a few days earlier a specific check of the 12 V battery came back as no problem. Then, after the problem reoccurred, a second check just days later found the battery not functioning correctly and in need of replacement. Much hassle for me and you folks would’ve been avoided had the first test been more accurate and the battery replaced on the first visit.

John was a real lifesaver and helped me get in and out really fast on a Hyundai that I wanted to buy from a non-Hyundai dealer. He found three key issues that would never have been found by the selling dealer and I used it to help offset cost, but it really helped me trust Hyundai product much more.
