I appreciate Ricardo’s efforts, he’s friendly and I believe he does what he can to provide the best service. The disappointing thing is that I will need yet another appointment to fix the chair issue. This will be the 3rd time trying to have this manufacturer defect corrected. I specifically chose Saturday morning for my appointment and was told it would take 1.5 hours, but the day of I was told a much longer time. I hope that when the correct part arrives this issue will finally be resolved.

The Tech/ service person on site is professional. However, main reason to visit was not fulfilled due to No Recall parts were available. Recall parts should have been available or prepared since my appointment was to fix the Open Recall issue n 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid.
