I have come here only due to the fact that it is closer to my house. If it wasn’t for that I would be 100% going to cerritos instead
. I have had a history of coming here due to electrical issues with lights and now a check engine light and El Monte never fixes the the problem, k my prolonged it while Cerritos handled it. El Monte has honestly returned my car in worse shape than I leave it in and I’ve completely lost my trust in them and would rather drive further to Cerritos where I know the job will get done right.
Kevin took the time to understand what I needed to get done and got the right Personnel involved to help make sure that we come to some resolution as soon as we get the back ordered parts
Ricky delivered great customer service and served me well! I can feel he cares about each of his customers and makes sure they are well taken care of which he did with me. He answered all of my questions and took care of all of my needs even the ones that is not part of his scope. He is very friendly and i felt the genuinity he portrayed. Ricky was a great help! He helped me with the warranty I had and he explained to me the things I needed on my car.
Technician was polite, Friendly, kept me updated. A small part they needed for my service was not available so somebody drove somewhere and got it which I appreciated. It did delay me about an hour and a half extra but I survived.
Honestly, believe that people like Kevin are rare commodity such a great person great person I want deal with him only whenever I need service for my vehicle
