Kevin is the best. Always professional and goes over everything so I fully understand what service is needed, and if there's any issues found during the service inspection, he always contacts to explain and follows up.

JOE was amazing! I came in for a standard servicing of my leased Elantra and ended up driving away in a newly leased Sonata all because Joey had the kindness and care to tell me that now was a good time to explore the possibility of an early “turn in”. I walked out to the showroom where I met SPENCER and a few hours later I was driving away in a new a new Sonata! Thanks Joe!

Sophia was great, however the parts for the recall and my Key Fob were not available to complete the service that was scheduled for the day - it is a two hour round trip for me to get my car serviced. This was disappointing as it was the service department that reached out to me to get my car serviced for this day and they didn’t have the parts available to complete the job. I will now have to be rescheduled for another two hour round trip. I arrived at 7:am and was told by Sophia around 11:30 that the parts needed to complete the recall service were not available and that the third party “key cutter” was not available to Finnish the replacement Key Fob and that she will contact me when the parts come in.

I appreciate all the help in service I had got on Saturday. I went in to an appointment to make an appointment, but I actually got the service done on same day and I greatly appreciate all that fast and quick service. Joseph has excellent customer service.
