Randy provided excellent customer service for my Mom's RAV4. He provided a thorough explanation of the vehicle's inspection. Upon request, he referred me to Jennifer for a vehicle appraisal. Jennifer sold my Mom that vehicle and the fact that she is still working there speaks volumes of the company's integrity.

I brought my car in for new tires and 110,000 Mile Service. I got tires but no service. My service light is still on and the service sticker was not updated I have been bringing my 2022 Prius in every 5000 miles for service ever since I have purchased the vehicle I am frustrated because I use my car for delivery. Now I have to bring my car back to get serviced. My time is my money and I will be losing both because I have to drop the vehicle off again to get serviced.

When they do oil change, My car ???? underneath cover did not tied off properly and screw loosed and fall apart in highway. I did pulll over aside of the highway and found that cover damaged and 1screw holding, I takeout from it keep it. I need your attention to fix my damage part.

3 hours for a camera recall fix, oil change and tire rotation. Was told 2 hours total time needed. Surprised at the oil and tire rotation cost of $182.00.

I came in for an oil change and 5000 mile tune up I had 2 warming notifications on when it came in. One was cleared but the other one is still active. It was a low windshield alarm and my fluid wasn’t replaced even though that was suppose to be part of the service.
