Had to pay for four wheel alignment, noticed factory tire RF was wearing terribly at 28,000 miles , took to local computer alignment shop and they said these trucks come off the line improper alignment settings.. should be covered under warranty! At 28,000 miles my tires are worn enough to cause hydroplaning. After alignment at Faulkner wheels had circular scratches in clear coat around the center of wheels! It doesn’t come off!!

This was my first service appointment after buying a new car. The only person who was overly ice was the older gentleman at drop off. Every other person I came in contact with was not rude, but they were all either distracted or made me feel like they had better things to do. I would have thought that at the first service appointment you would want to give a really good first impression to keep me coming back. That does not seem to be the case.

I would appreciate not going three days without a status update, I had to call to see what was going on, Ryan was on lunch and I was told to call back in 45 minutes, I had to suggest that my number was taken so he could call me, I was surprised taking a number wasn’t standard procedure. Definitely an area for improvement.

Ryan, is always on the tasks. But when I first brought the truck. It came out not safe to me, so I brought it back. Ryan got it. I've been coming here for the past 11 years. I know, sometimes things can happen, You guys always fix it. I like the honesty. THAN YOU, HELIA

It was supposed to be 2-3 days and turned into 3 weeks. Left and the sensor (tire) is still on my truck. Appears someone just "cleared them" instead of fixing it. Now I have to go back yet again to show what seems to "disappear" when they looked

I was disappointed by the amount of time it took to complete an oil change(2hrs). Only reason I say that is because I received an oil change and tire rotations in half an hour up the street at Faulkner Nissan. Today will likely be the last day I get service at Faulkner Toyota.
