No, it’s still not fixed. The vibration started after the alignment. New tires have been installed. When can I drop it off for further diagnostics?

You were able to get the truck in and fix the issue, gave me a discount on the work. All this is god stuff The thing that was curious is that when I picked it up last week, it was having this steering problem and I was told it was all good and checked out. When I drove it away I noticed this steering issue right away. This should have been noticed before turning it back over to me. Now today when I picked it up today it drives fine, but the steering wheel is not centered when tracking straight down the road. This should have been adjusted before giving it back to me. Please have this fixed by tech on my lunch break asap Thank you

Excellent experience as always. From the greeting,to updates to cashier. Always treats like family. Frank and Fernando always a make a point to asking how we are and if there's anything we need. Great people and great service.
