My ‘04 4Runner (her name is Pearl) needed immediate attention due to steering issues. Ryan England was able to get my vehicle in the next day. I was offered a car for the time it would take to fix my 4Runner and do the inspection. I was kept up to date on the progress and costs. I picked Pearl up today and everything is good. They did okay. Just a comment to the lady in the cashier. Be nice when someone's asking question. Answer the person nicely. I know she can do better.

Lee politely made eye contact and greeted me at the door as I entered Toyota, he said I’ll take you at the desk here and ask me my last name and my phone number and looked me up quickly took my keys politely and I showed him my online coupon for rotation and my car was ready promptly. Everything was above my expectation. I’ve been coming to Faulkner for over 20 years. I remember when Lee started at the old Toyota location and he has grown into a fine young gentleman. Thank you again!

I made my service appointment on the Faulkner Toyota website. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. In spite of my prepaid service, it seemed I was going to be charged for some part of the regular 40K factory service. I objected, and received no charge for the service. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
