I needed an oil change. I was asked if I wanted brake fluid done,I agreed. I thought they would tell me I had more issues since at inspection there are like six recommendations. I asked if they would cap off the fluids. The video inspection was 95 percent not of my car

I was very happy with the way Lee really tried to figure out why my radio was acting up and also help with figuring out Appleplay on my car. The radio wouldn’t hesitate for him like it has been doing for me for a month. Then, when driving away the radio acted up. I went back into the dealership and Lee and another very nice man came out and witnessed it. They are ordering a new radio for my car. I am really happy with that kind of service given me.

I love toyota,and the service friendly people entire service department.i have a dodge I take to jiffy lube for oil changes,when they call you back to make their sales pitch the first thing they say is your cabin filter needs changed. Now first thing I say is don't pull cabin filter oil change only. I will talk to anyone on phone or I can come back in to talk you have a good one thanks for the great vehicle and service

Was told my service would take an hour and 40 min at the most. Oil change pulse tire rotation. Going on 3 hrs I had to check on the status of my vehicle and was told they were waiting on rear brakes and rotors for my truck because they needed replaced. All fine and good but someone should have came and discussed that with me instead of letting me sit in the waiting room for 3 hrs.
