Randy was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle should be returned w Lights set back as they were(auto). It’s dangerous that they were changed to OFF. Could cause accident if not noticed. Dash setting should be returned to settings at drop-off. Mine was not.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Ryan for well over 20 years and after purchasing at least four vehicles from Faulkner Toyota. Ryan has been, without exception, efficient, courteous, and trusted for advice on the best care for our vehicles. He is likely the main reason that we come back to Faulkner for service to our Toyota vehicles. There is a Toyota dealer within 1 mile of our home but we keep going the extra distance to Faulkner. Ryan is the biggest reason for that.
