Upon checking in the estimated wait time was 1 1/2 hours. I was notified within an hour that my vehicle was ready. Thank you for running my car through the car wash! Much appreciated for the prompt service and clean vehicle!

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous. I was told that service on my car would take between two to two and a half hours. It took two hours and ten minutes. Everything was done in a timely fashion, from dropping off my vehicle to picking it up. I have always been pleased with the service I have received at Faulkner Toyota.

I had an outstanding experience at Faulkner Toyota. Ryan England went above and beyond from start to finish. The communication was clear, the service was efficient, and everything was handled professionally. It’s rare to feel completely confident and taken care of during a service visit, but that’s exactly how this experience felt. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and customer focus. I’ll absolutely be completing the manufacturer survey and will be giving the highest possible marks. Great job all around — this is how service should be done.
