The Sales Rep was polite and professional. What I did not care for was that my service request and issues seemed to be rushed. I received a green rating for fluids and mechanics and I knew I needed an oil change and my right headlight was out for over a month. Looking at the shield that was installed looks as if it was not installed properly. They did scrape the battery off which was a concern. It seemed as if I was over charged. I tried to reach out to the service manager but this is the second issue this year that he did not return or address my concerns. I take my car to Toyota because I have been a Camry owner for over 33 years.

car had grease around the radio I also ask if the car could be wash they tol ne it was going to be washed and they never did. Im not satisfy with the service department.

My service was fine. My problem is the reminder and phone system. I thought my apt was Tuesday but on Sunday I got a text saying it was Monday. I used the online edit and changed it to Tuesday. Called on Monday to confirm the change, couldn’t get an answer but was offered to leave a msg. I would have but the mailbox was FULL. My only other issue is I wish my car would be returned to me with the same display on the dash as when it arrived. Happens every time and takes me 1/2 hour to reset.

In just one year the labor portion of the oil change increased by 58%. I feel that I’m being charged for the labor to perform the “free” multi point inspection as a hidden charge.

I appreciated how easy it was to schedule my appointment and know the cost up front. They did the job I asked and did not try to upsell me on anything. The waiting room was very comfortable.

At first Lee said I needed new tires and an alignment. When I questioned him further he said my tires passed inspection. It seems like the service department is trained to sell tires even if they pass inspection. Not cool.
