Very nice service.

The service department was great. A better process should be considered for the cashier desk. I was second in line but was served fourth. My time is as valuable as everyone else’s. Thank you for allowing me to comment.

Excellent service as usual.

I waited almost 2 hours, when I got into my car there was oil or grease all over my steering wheel to the point I had to wipe it off and there was oil or dirt spots on several places around my dash that I had to wipe off as well. I almost turned back around after leaving the dealership. I’ve never experienced my car looking like that after leaving.

Service no good morning

When I booked my appointment I was made aware of an issue that I had previously paid for maintenance but I was not aware that I purchased a maintenance agreement so the rep told me he would have it refunded but when I came to pick my vehicle up the rep said no one told him so I now have to wait until Monday so they can research again. No one communicated my concern to the staff

ETA to completion was twice as long as I was told

In general, the service was great! As a woman, I often find that my knowledge about my own car is dismissed by men working in service garages. Not the case yesterday, and I really, really appreciated that!! Also, the space is very professional and welcoming.The price was also pretty fair. The only suggestion I have is to offer a few more updates; i was told that the shop was going to get right on replacing my brake caliper because the car was already in a bay and up in the air. Almoat three hours later, I got a message that they were bleeding the line and my car would be done soon. That was a very long wait for a caliper! I had told work I would be in after lunch because I know what's involved in the work and know a single caliper generally isnt anything close to a three-hour job! So, a text or two to let me know the schedule would have been nice. This is not a deal breaker for me, though. 4.5/5, and I would definitely come back again. Any garage that doesnt demean women is worth repeat business in my book.

Excellent service as always!!!

I was told it would take 11/2 hours to do inspection & oil change. It needed a low beam light bulb. It took 2 hours to receive a text to let me know that, I was sitting in the waiting area and nobody could walk out to ask me about the light bulb!! It ended up take 3 hours. Double the time. Unacceptable in my opinion. I believe since you moved to the new location customer service is terrible or is it that my Prius is a 2012? I think I will be taking my Prius to a local garage for my service from now on.
