My part was ordered by parts employee Cody and he told me it would be in by Tuesday. It was and I called and made an appointment for the next day and my car was taken back and was promptly fixed and Ryan came and got me and directed me to the cashier. Excellent customer service.

I appreciate the repairs of my sliding door and alerting me that my alternator is going back which I am glad that the technicians were able to replace. However, I am concerned that this somehow caused my air conditioner to blow out hot air. I not sure what is going on and plan to follow up. Other than that, I am pleased with the service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brought my car in for an oil change and diagnostic, and technician Ryan England exceeded every expectation. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I experienced extraordinary assistance at Faulkner Toyota with Randy. I am not familiar with car care and the needed paperwork to have my car inspected. I wish I would have let this Japanese **** corolla sitting in showroom where I found it . I hate it because of the projector headlights , they should not be legal on the highway. Worse is the fact you guys had it for a week and did nothing to it. I know that one of these mornings going to work , I'm going to hit something. Last Friday after dark I almost hit a deer standing in the middle of 522 . I could not see it till the last second .Toyota needs to make replace "improved" headlights but that will never happen.Becausenoone at Toyota cares and my reviews will focus on that fact.
