Lack of communication with customer and lack of communication bc parts dept and service dept was issue as I was told part needed to be ordered but it was ordered prior to service appt. However, the biggest issue was when I went to pay in the cashier did not provide my invoice to me, but told me how much it was and was expecting my payment and when I asked to see the invoice, she told me.

I liked the fast scheduling and service. Also the pleasant waiting room and work space. The coffee machine was great too. Everyone was friendly.

It turns out that our 2010 Corolla had the 60,000 mile/72 month service last year on 3/10/25, which we forgot about and requested it and paid for it again this year on 5/27/26. No one said anything about it to us, they happily took our money for the same service twice! The records should have been checked.

I have been driving for 56 years and can tell if a car needs a wheel alignment. Trying to get me to have you do a wheel alignment on my 2 year old car with 15,000 miles was insulting.

I will be very happy to complete the survey! The process for today’s check-up for our RAV4 was very smooth, communication was excellent and the staff was very cordial - from the young man (veteran) at the drop off point to the young lady who processed the final paperwork. Also, receiving texts throughout the process was appreciated!
