My service was for 1 pm. When entering the service adv. said the oil change would be completed by 2:30. At 2:30 I spoke with him and he said he would check and get back to me. I received a text at 3:30 pm saying vehicle was finished. Paid the $114.10 for my 2 1/2 hour oil change. When attempting to leave the bay I could not, blocked in by other cars. By the time I found someone it was now a 2 hr 45 min. $114. 10 oil change. I will NOT be returning for an oil change and probably anything else with this type of service! Jonathan D
