I had a free uber one time, this time i requested for uber or complimentary loaner. But i was denied this is second time although my weight time was around 2 hours.

I greatly appreciate the knowledge of service Reps and convenience pod frequent next day service. Your service dept. has consistently provided professional care, excellent communications, and quality technical care. Honestly, I would be hard pressed to purchase another non-Toyota vehicle because of the service Faulkner provides.

Randy takes to heart my concerns about my car and the services needed, and he truthfully addresses each one to my full satisfaction. He is exemplary in his mannerisms and speech. I must add that each of the service advisors, including Mr. Dave, are an awesome team and I respect each one and have warm affection for them. Which is partly why I return to Faulkner toyota. Thank you!

I mentioned prior to my service that my rear brakes were squeaking. Supposedly it was the rear brake slides and pins that were removed and cleaned . When I was driving back home I reversed my car, and alas still squeaking!!!! I paid $ 205.oo + for this. I called Ryan back, and I'm coming back Tuesday.

This is my first visit at the service center. I was very happy with the personal service. The job was performed. One hour sooner than estimated was kept informed on everything that was being done through text messages. All my questions were answered. I would highly recommend.
