This is my first visit at the service center. I was very happy with the personal service. The job was performed. One hour sooner than estimated was kept informed on everything that was being done through text messages. All my questions were answered. I would highly recommend.

Please don't try to upsell me on things unless you see something wrong with the car that really requires service. Our family had a bad experience with Faulkner and it has taken me 20 years to return to your dealership for service. Today's pressure to spend an additional $400 made me very uncomfortable.
