In just one year the labor portion of the oil change increased by 58%. I feel that I’m being charged for the labor to perform the “free” multi point inspection as a hidden charge.

I appreciated how easy it was to schedule my appointment and know the cost up front. They did the job I asked and did not try to upsell me on anything. The waiting room was very comfortable.

At first Lee said I needed new tires and an alignment. When I questioned him further he said my tires passed inspection. It seems like the service department is trained to sell tires even if they pass inspection. Not cool.

The service advisor I requested was Ryan England I received Lee sprout. I asked for the windshield wipers that were on my seat to be put on. When I reviewed the bill I was charged for two new wipers that were not completed and my new ones were still in my seat not a big issue, but this is why I chose the service advisor I wanted.
