It was an interesting experience. Lee did what he could and I wish he would share more of the details with you. I don’t blame Faulkner for the car issue, but it was unfortunate that it took five visits to prepare. Faulkner provided me with a loaner car, which made it seem less of a hassle. I was very cautious when bringing the car in because of having a functioning but slightly broken door handle in the driver side door. When I got the car back, the handle was broken more than when I delivered it. I was very cautious and showed one attendant when I pulled in the service bay, when checking in, I explained it to the person checking me in and offered to show them and they waived it off. When I asked Randy about it, he didn’t even deny that it happened, but said “it was already broken so there is nothing I can do because it’s still just a broken handle”

Always treated professionally and courteously. Last visit the concierge attendant discovered an issue missed by the service tech and brought it to the attention of the tech so it could be repaired before leaving. That kind of teamwork was impressive.

The service along with the customer care teams were exceptionally helpful today in communicating to me the status of my vehicle, what was needed, what they were doing, and how they could help. Always happy with the surface we get from Randy and his team. We are now part of EFM and had to request to get Faulkner Toyota listed as a preferred vendor. Randy and his team have a lot to do with that.
