I came in just to have my passenger headlight bulb replaced after calling before hand and being told that I would jusy have to pay for the bulb. My total came to $98. My bulb replacement was only $48. Also it took them over an hour and half to service my vehicle after being told "they would juat pop it in". They reason it took so long was because theu did a small inspection on mu vehicle that I never asked for. I just wanted the bulb replaced. I guess I will have to go somewhere else the next time I need something replaced.
Service is always A-One! I love the interaction and keeping me informed of what's going on with my vehicle. However, definitely was a little shocked with the labor fee.
My car was totally fine with driving and everything, after I serviced my car for transmission fluid change my car was acting weird, slipping while accelerating, after that I brought my car back to toyota Harrisburg, they said everything is good we will restart your car system, and they did and it didn’t work I brought my car again and drop my car there next day they said we fixed your car come and get it, i took my car drove it and slipped again then i called and told them , they said come back, after that they said they will check again and let me know maybe its your transmission and maybe we should get a new transmission after checking and you will pay i said why should i pay for that it was fine before your service and now its not working properly then he started with his reasons that my car was a rental car maybe that was from before long story short i drove this car for 4 years nothing was wrong with it now he is saying maybe it was from before and now you noticed it. Its not acceptable for me and dose not make any sense

Vehicle should be returned w Lights set back as they were(auto). It’s dangerous that they were changed to OFF. Could cause accident if not noticed. Dash setting should be returned to settings at drop-off. Mine was not.
