There is still a vibration noise. It’s not as frequent as before. I’m going to have a mechanic friend of mine to take a ride with me to see what he thinks. So I know what my next step should be on resolving the issue. I was told bythe body shop and repair shop the issue would be addressed and it hasn’t been resolved completely. However I would like to thank you for doing a good job on body work/ paint and taking care of the recall issue and filling my tank up for me.

Yesterday i received message to text if I had questions. Several hours later I asked if ready no response. I eventually reached out to Shane to see if ready.then this afternoon I get message car is ready. It's already back in my garage...confusing. Shane was great

It didn’t take them very long to rotate the tires, change the oil and check the drivers floor mat! Great service!

Unfortunately the truck meeded an unexpected new engine. I’m disappointed that the warranty company does not work with Faulkner Toyota. We need to send it to another shop in Harrisburg. Nevertheless, Faulkner Toyota is A-plus in my humble opinion . Thank you!

Total lack of communication! Calls and messages to Ryan England not answered! Never informed that part was not available/backordered until we texted,called repeatedly....finally when we demanded to speak with the service manager,we were told the service tech had a medical issue. Why did no one take on the responsibility of communication as to the status of fixing our truck??? The service manager assured us the part would be available no later than July 28...we dropped the truck off June 24th!!! We had ask for a truck loaner as a truck is what we need to go to our cabin....none available. We were told a vehicle was available July 17. We picked up a Highlander in July with a rental agreement made out to Jesse Osbeck???? Who is that??? When we picked up the loaner,they had missplaced our insurance card.Service manager never informed us it was found or informed us of the estimated revised date for part delivery. Only after contacting service tech Randy, did we receive communication about the insurance card and estimated part delivery....never any communication from service manager...Randy even called on a Saturday morning and continued to update us on any progress.VERY Unacceptable, Dissapointing service from Faulkner Toyota!!!!!
