Difficult to get a hold of someone to even schedule. Had to call on multiple time across two different days during open service hours to get a hold of someone. Did not get “report card” documents for vehicle that usually comes with receipt. Came in with low air in tire, was not addressed. Previous maintenance suggestions (that were postponed) were not offered/asked. Have been a prepaid customer for years.

Still leaks a lot, I’m not an expert but I’ve been around plenty of cars with sunroofs that have never leaked. Not sure why Toyota is ok and has the answer as leak will happen under high pressure even tho under normal pressure it still leaks. Never knew leaking cars were an acceptable standard.

I would have preferred face to face conversation regarding what was needed for inspection instead of a text message that made it seem two things were required when they were not. If not for my son-in-law who used to work there, I would have paid for things that were not needed today. Face to face is preferable to these misleading text messages. Otherwise, service was very good.

I told Randy yesterday, that I will continue to buy from Toyota JUST because of their service dept. They are always so nice, attentive and accommodating. We were on the fence about buying Toyota again, but I will JUST because of their service dept service!
