Long wait, no car wash, issue with service being completed, no working coffee, cleanliness an issue

They didn't find the problem. They were with my vehicle on September 2, 2025, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. They didn't communicate with me or update me on my vehicle, and when I personally stopped by to check on the status around 3:15 p.m., judging by the mechanic's expression, I didn't think he had dedicated enough time. I had notified them that I needed my vehicle by the end of the day, and in a couple of hours, he wouldn't be able to do much. The mechanic also simply said he hadn't found the problem. Lee informed me that the next step was to call the mechanics' technical support, schedule an appointment to work on my vehicle, and that they would call me back to bring my vehicle back. I'll give them a reasonable amount of time to receive that call...

The brakes are still squeaking and I’m not sure the rear window wiper was replaced. Are you sure the brakes didn’t need replacing? Also one of the rubber door gap things was never replaced nor was I asked if I wanted it done so.

I thought I would be there for one hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I was also asked if I wanted to get my vehicle inspected and the air conditioning vacuumed. The service was good but I was there for over three hours.

I would like to see more discount offers for common services like oil changes, or flushing. I forgot to ask today, and nobody offered any discount. Over $100 for an oil change is rather expensive. I may need to look elsewhere

They took off my wheel cover and my alloys are all scrached. Need a resolution !!! It could have been easily taken off and I wasn’t advised before removing them. Now I am left with scraches . I will be coming back tomorrow to show it.

Entire staff was exceptional. Randy was the original service writer,and one of his colleagues took over when I arrived because Randy was at lunch. Wanda was professional and helpful during checkout.I will certainly continue to patrinize your dealership.
