Lee was a nice guy and friendly give him a 10. Was expecting a car wash, but they said the machine was broken. So I said, do you vacuum and he said yeah. But when I got to the car, it was not vacuumed so I told the man in order man I said will you vacuum this? So I would hope that they would email me when the machine is working and come back and get a free car wash and vacuum inside

Randy was incredibly professional and helpful. I forgot things that were needed for the inspection and he guided me through the process. I was able to get what I needed while enjoying the lounge and the car was serviced and inspected quickly too. Randy’s patience and knowledge are a solid 5/5. Thank you.

My car was to be done by the morning (I had an AM appointment) and I dropped it off the night before. It was not done until the afternoon. I had to completely change my schedule.

I didn’t realize the Toyota standard of water entering a vehicle was not 0 like every other car I’ve owned. Had I realized that I would have never bought a Toyota and in the future I will never buy a Toyota again. I also will ensure I try to let everyone I know and everyone I don’t know that the Toyota standard for water entering a car is just shy of an obscene amount.

I went to get information on my recall, I was told the parts will be ordered and a date provided today. When I went there the service rep was not prepared and he said they will call back next week. This is really a poor use of my time
