Took 7 hours to complete a 3 hr job. Did not receive car wash as requested. Charged incorrectly what was posted as cost in numerous places. Incorrect information recorded for inspection. Bad customer service in many areas.

Came in for oil change and was there for 2 hrs. 10:30 - 12:30. Ryan explain some employees off and I can understand that, but some other plans were delayed because of the length of time spent there. I have always found Ryan to be a good service manager. He advised me of some other work I should have done, some taking another 1 1/2 hrs. Will have to make another appointment, hoping that is the actual time it will take.

I called and left several voicemails for making an appointment every few days over the course of several weeks and never received a call back. I eventually contacted a sales person whom my family and I had previously worked with for help. I had to squeeze in the appointment within a few days because of plans to go back to Massachusetts soon. While waiting in the waiting area, there was no bottled water and water from the water fountain looked brown. I still was satisfied with the actual service and the amount of time it took was reasonable. It was also nice that they knocked off several dollars for a service related to the stability and balance of the vehicle.
