When I entered the service area, no one acknowledged me until after 2-3 minutes - a simple hello. someone will be with you shortly, would have been sufficient. I received a text indicating that my vehicle was all serviced and ready to come home. My thought was that my vehicle was ready, but it was not. About 20 minutes later, a guy came into the waiting area advising that my vehicle was ready…he didn’t advise where to go. I expected someone to go over my service paperwork, but that did not occur.

My 2020 Rav4 rides so different. The mechanics were so nice and kind. They really help us get in and out fast.They had arevehicle done in 4 hours instead of 8 hours.I was already a day late getting to Kentucky. It looks like I found a new Toyota dealer to go to. Everyone was so nice there.
