Hello. I brought my vehicle in @ 9:49 today for them to check the right wheel pulling to the right. I just bought this vehicle less than a month ago. After waiting & waiting I finally asked someone from service what was going on with my vehicle. This was 12:20 and they said they would check. Soon after about 12:25 someone from Faulkner came in and said they only had 1 bay to perform the service. It should be done about 10 minutes. I told him that I was not impressed with the service dept. car was finished @ 12:41. That is almost 3 hours. Why do they have you make appointments? I got to say for my first time being to this dealership I was not impressed at all. About 10-12 customers in the waiting room I was the last one to be done. Annoyed!

Either your internet or the text messages do no send in a timely basis. I didn’t receive the text that my vehicle was finished until 20 minutes after I left the dealership. While waiting for my vehicle to be finished, other customers as well did not receive their texts in a timely manner. The service reps had to let a know that are vehicles were finished until they realized we didn’t get the texts

The tire light is still on when i turned on my car this morning. And its the same tire (passenger seat). I have to put air again, which i’ve been doing every morning (540am) before i go to work. And put air again if i leave at 7pm from work. Been doing this for a couple of weeks. Hope there is a way to fix it. Thank you and appreciate it.
