We where told that when we bought the car it had. life time oil changes. When I picked the car up I had to pay 112 dollars for the oil change. Nobody reach out to us to tell us this change. The cashier said it was only 2 years or 25000 miles.Its funny the last time we had it done at 55 00 and over 2 years old and paid nothing. I will take my business elsewhere.

Had to ask to have my car washed / it is supposedly always broken. Recall part was not available at time of service. Why wouldn’t a dealership have the recalls parts in stock. Now I have to make another trip into the dealership.

My estimate was originally $164 for a tire rotation and oil change! This is too high. Added state inspection and emissions and it ended up$234. I will be back in a year, not before. I’ll learn to perform my own oil changes and tire rotations.

Car service is always well done and in a timely and courteous, supportive manner. It's easy to ask questions, and to determine the severity of service needs for the future.
