Apparently there were some technical problems with the system being used by the service advisors. We will reschedule our vehicle for a recall item at a later time

I was there for 2 hours. No one came out to update me on the status of my car. Finally a man came out and said, "you are still here?" "Your car should have been done an hour ago" My appointment was for 3:00pm. I got there at 2:45 and checked in. I didn't leave until 5:00pm. No one went over anything with me. I just left. Not the best service I've had there.

The service I received from your service department are exceptional. I've been a customer of Toyota for quite sometime. From the sales department to the service department,everyone that I had the pleasure to entrust my car have been pleasant,kind, professional, and professional. And friendly.
