Car didn’t receive a complimentary car wash (if it was down, I wasn’t informed). Tire pressures were not “topped off” as front driver was still at 29 (which also makes me wonder if the tires were even rotated). Oil was spilled near fill plug, causing a burning smell for a time. Inspection/Emission sticker remnants from being scraped off left on dash.

Service was excellent. The gentleman who greeted me explained the next steps and the pre-service car check and provided the anticipated time for the service to be completed to my surprise. It took about half the time that was anticipated Miss Wanda the cashier was also very friendly and courteous, and I enjoyed the clean and quiet lounge that you provide at your dealership

Work completed in good time. All employees I had contact with were friendly and professional. I noticed that the employees were friendly equally to each other. Something I'd not noticed at a couple other locations. Very satisfied all around.
