I was quoted a timeframe of 2 to 21/2 hours to perform an oil change, tire rotation, inspection and repair for a recall. My appointment was 8am and the car wasn’t ready until about noon. Then the cashier tried to charge me over $200. I had to remind him that it was less than 2 years since I bought the car. He said it was a computer issue and that he had to did deep to figure it out. I had to advocate for myself and that should not be necessary. Computer are only as good as the information it provides. Totally unnecessary

I got the service I needed, but waited twice as long as anticipated, and had to cancel a business meeting. The team accomplished a recall item, which I appreciate, but would have been happier if they would have told me first. The service was fine, but communication sucked. People have lives and need to plan their time. Had I known the extra time it world take, I could have made arrangements to still make it to my meeting.
