Ryan is a great representative for the service center at Faulkner Toyota. He has always been courteous and professional. I know that my Toyota is in great hands with Ryan and the Faulkner crew!

There was no communication from the service representative about the status of the vehicle or any notification of the cost to complete the work. We paid almost $300 to have 4 new tires mounted on the car and there was never any discussion of an alignment being part of the process. I know the service department works hard but the last thing I expected on a Friday at the end of a long week was having to call in at 4 pm requesting a status and then getting surprised by a $300 bill when I picked the car up. Based on this last experience, not sure Faulkner Toyota can be trusted and as such I don’t believe we will be a returning customer.
