Took it up for a check on my brakes and they couldn’t figure out why it is making a thumping noise or why the rotors are extremely hot. I feel like a mechanic should be able to figure that out.

I requested to have a live person come talk to me with updates on my car inspection, oil change and checking the tires because my light kept coming on. In the 2.5 hours I sat in the waiting area no one came to talk to me. I didn’t want any texts because it’s hard for me to read them. I got a text message/update about the inspection and was trying to read it when I got another message that my car was ready to go home. Not once in those 2.5 hours did anyone come speak to me. I went to check out after the second message. Asked the person at the check out what they may have found as to why my check tire pressure light was coming on. She got someone to speak to me and I was told they added air and it’s most likely due to the cold. In the 2.5 hours I sat waiting for my car to be done I watched someone come talk to just about everyone else in the waiting area about their vehicle. Upon leaving I was walked to my car and argued with that I was getting into the wrong car. I’ve had the car since 2018, I’m pretty sure I know which car I’m to get into. I left feeling very stressed. I don’t think requesting someone to come talk to me instead of being texted is truly too much to ask for. I w never had trouble before nor felt so stressed over getting my car inspected and oil changed. I’ll continue to come there but hope my experience is better.

What didn’t satisfy me in my experience was the feeling of not being heard. The appointment originally was made because of an issue with my bumper that I had since I first purchased the vehicle in June 2025 originally a week after I purchased the vehicle. I had an appointment with the Service Dept and the young man told me that the vehicle is supposed to look that way, it’s normal. The issue is with my bumper on the driver side, where the side panel and front bumper meet. The young man said all the vehicles are like that it sticks out a little bit. I and that there are no clips that go up that high on the bumper. I left in pure disgust, I told Thao, that the Service Dept didn’t even have me scheduled for an appointment that day and what the young man at the service desk said to me. She told me if there were any changes to reach back out to her. I noticed a couple weeks ago that the bumper was sticking out more so on the driver side and side panel. I reached out to the Service Dept, multiple times until I reach someone. I texted Thao with a video of what was wrong with my bumper. The Service Dept did reach out to me and we scheduled an appointment November 12 to get my bumper fixed. Troy informed me a day later that day that I would need to make an appointment with the body shop since the maintenance department was unable to fix it. When I registered the vehicle at the service desk on November 12, I stated I had concerns of the rear brakes squeaking when I reverse the vehicle and stated that that occurred weeks after I purchased the vehicle Troy explained to me that, that has to do with moisture. However, I asked the young man who registered me if they can be looked at. and that my dashboard says maintenance soon see dealership. I understand the appointment was for the bumper. However, when I brought up the concerns about the dashboard saying maintenance soon and about the brakes, I would’ve thought they would’ve looked into it. Since they’ve had the vehicle between the hours of 7:30 to 4:30. Now I will have to make an additional appointment because of the squealing brakes and the dashboard telling me maintenance soon. Also, when getting my vehicle I noticed the SOS light was on and a green light underneath it. I had to Google the information as to why that was on when it was never on. When I mean on, I mean, lit up. It was not lit up red when I purchased the vehicle nor was the little green light on below the SOS light. I’ve only had the two experiences. Technically, the first experience I never had an appointment scheduled, so I was told and that the vehicle was normal. It would’ve just been nice that my verbal concerns were notated on file when the gentleman registered the vehicle and that someone was able to make time to look at them. But I understand, it’s just a vehicle and I can just make another appointment. It’s not a big deal, right? My verbal concerns were just that verbal. When I schedule any future appointments, I will have to specify the reason and not just assume.

Dead battery... called 3 dealers for a replacement...only Faulkner could schedule the work the same day...the others couldn't....dead battery can't wait for days to be replaced...thank-you.

No call backs, no one answering the phone in the service department. The first time the truck was in, I don't believe it was even checked or test driven as the mileage didn't even change. They told me they couldnt recreate the issue but as soon as I picked it up it had the issue. Mediocre customer service at best.
