Randy was great to help and assess a leak I experienced with my new highlander, so it was documented but issue was not duplicated by technicians using a hose to soak the vehicle roof HOWEVER, I called right after I left and discovered about a dozen scratches all over my driver-side rear door, left a message to report, and no call back. It was dark, but I took a picture when I stopped for gas after you closed Randy was great (and I think Troy who took my call in the morning to document it was very helpful), but the resulting service and condition of my car was more than disappointing and needs addressed. I needed a manifold gasket replacement, you guy's replaced it with no problem.an I was satisfied with the price. Other places will have charged me much more. Thank you Faulkner, an Mr.Lee for helping me with my problem.

Yes & no. It felt awkward coming in as the service garage area was empty- a car in front of me was let in right away with the garage doors opening as they pulled up (they were the only car in there). I pulled up behind the and sat for minutes without the doors opening so I parked my car nearby. Service advisors either avoided eye contact or looked at me and said nothing. I stood there awkwardly until I was assisted. Randy - who completed my service was great. Detailed video and completed the maintenance in less than an hour. I had absolutely no idea my car would be washed so I didn’t recognize it at all. Aside from the initial impression, everything else was wonderful. Thanks!
