Randy and everyone there are really wonderful. They answer all your questions and give the reason why something needs to be taken care of. I have always felt that they had my best interest at heart. From the man that takes your car when you come in to the lady that you pay your bill to, they all treat you well. Very nice people!!!

I am pleased with the service. Next time, it would be nice to have less static, noise when the mechanic is talking during the video showing me my vehicle. It was difficult to understand what he was saying. Thank you.
I’ve been in twice for the recall so the next time I come in I will call on the phone before I show up to make sure the update is available. Overall been very happy.
I brought my vehicle in for brake noise, dragging, and a clacking sound when braking and turning. During the initial test drive, the technician acknowledged caliper involvement. However, after inspection, I was advised to machine the rotors at my expense, with the explanation that the noise was due to a rust lip on the rotors.
I was not satisfied with this recommendation, as the symptoms I experienced included brake dragging and intermittent clacking, which were later confirmed by an independent mechanic to be caused by a sticking left (driver-side) brake caliper. There was no underlying rotor defect causing the issue.
I declined rotor machining and sought a second opinion, which verified that the caliper was the root cause. I believe the focus should have been on addressing the defective caliper under warranty rather than recommending a customer-paid rotor service.
While the staff was courteous, the diagnosis and repair recommendation did not resolve the actual problem,

The service was excellent. However, I wish that your waiting room didn't have BOTH Christmas music and a TV at high volume. I was trying to work while others were reading or doing other things. I didn't see anybody actually watching TV.
