I only received a text message to tell me my car was ready in the time that I was told however, I was not informed that it was set back to the manufacturer defaults I had assistance when I purchased the car. Now I need to figure it out myself

All the extra services that they suggested to me today were not listed on my receipt. I chose not to do any more than my oil change today but I don’t remember the other suggestions they offered. It was on a text when I was there but it is no longer there. Just curious what other services were recommended. If they are that important I would think they would want me to know about them.

Worst experience in Toyota, about service. The agent that make my check in was arrogant and never offered car wash service. He was rude and make me feel uncomfortable.

On the first visit to Faulkner Toyota and the first time I've ever had someone other than myself change the oil in one of my cars, I had decided to check the oil before I left the dealership. It was over filled. I can't even espress how unacceptable this is.

Honest experience involving 2 desired outcomes, but only able to afford one. Diagnostic process was lengthy but had to go with safety versus performance. Just hard to handle how expensive things have gotten.

Work and service were excellent, as usual, but when I got the car home and my wife went to take it, the tire pressure light was flashing on the dashboard. I called the dealership back at 4:30 p.m. when this happened, but there was no answer. Of course it is New Year's Eve. Other than that excellent service as usual.
